 With regret, we inform you that Antoinette Tony Youssef Assad Taouk has passed away in Lebanon, aged 36.
In Australia, she is the niece of Antoinette, the wife of Bechara Mehanna Taouk; Hanna Boulos Taouk; Mona, the wife of Nicola Alhawy; and Hoda, the wife of Salim Saliba. The memorial mass will be held together with the mass of the late Tony Wadih Abou Chakour Succar on Saturday, the 22nd of March 2025, at 6:00 pm at St Joseph Maronite Church (7 Acton St, Croydon NSW 2132). Her family will be receiving condolences at the church following the memorial mass. Just a quick reminder that the General Meeting 2025 will be held on Sunday, 9th March 2025 at 5:30 PM at Becharrie Hall (14 Coronation Parade, Enfield 2136). As we did not receive nominations by the closing date, in accordance with Clause 4.3 of the constitution, the current committee will be re-elected through an uncontested election. While there won’t be a voting process, we strongly encourage everyone to attend. These meetings are more than just elections, they’re a chance for us all to stay informed, share ideas, and contribute to the future of our family.
