In Australia, Hassib is the brother of Wahib Hanna Khadra.

Latifeh Boulos Taouk has passed away in Lebanon

With regret, we inform you that Latifeh Boulos Taouk, the widow of the late Youssef Hanna Taouk has passed away in Lebanon aged 88.

In Australia, she is the mother of Dibeh the wife of Dib Eid Taouk and Jamal the wife of Philip Badwi Taouk.

The family will be receiving condolences between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm on Wednesday 16th to Saturday 19th of February 2022 at her daughter's residence located at 9 Robertson Cres Mount Lewis.

The memorial mass will be held at 4:00 PM on Sunday the 20th of February 2022 at St Charbel's Maronite Church, Punchbowl.

Taouk Family Annual Memorial Mass 2022

Dear family members

The Annual Memorial Mass for the deceased members of the Taouk family will be held on Sunday 20th February 2022 at 10:00 AM at Saint Maroun's Cathedral (627 Elizabeth St, Redfern NSW 2016)

All the proceeds from the donations on the day will go towards helping family members in Lebanon as has been the case in the past.

St. Maroun’s Maronite Catholic Church first opened in Elizabeth Street Redfern in January 1897. This was replaced by the larger Cathedral 1964.

The first Taouk family memorial mass was held in St Maroun Cathedral and this tradition has continued to this day.

Jean Youssef Nassif Kairouz has passed away in Lebanon

With regret, we inform you that Jean Youssef Nassif Kairouz has passed away in Lebanon aged 67.

In Lebanon Jean is the husband of Hannie El Khoury and the father of Youssef Kairouz and Laura El Khoury.

In Australia Jean is the brother of Mary the wife of Moubarak Kairouz and Berna the wife of the late Habib El-Zein Taouk.

The memorial service will be held at 7:15 PM on Tuesday 8th of February 2022 at Saint Charbel's Maronite Church - Punchbowl.

His family will be receiving condolences after the memorial service at the church.
