Dear family members,

The Maronite Patriarch, His Beatitude and Eminence Mar Beshara Boutros Cardinal Rai, will be arriving in Sydney on Sunday, September 17th, for a one-week visit. This is a significant event for our community, and we are thrilled to be a part of it.

As part of the Bsharri Community, we have a unique opportunity to meet with the Patriarch during his visit. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 19th, at 5:30 pm, and it will take place at Beit Maroun, located at 105 The Boulevarde, Strathfield.

We warmly invite each and every one of you to join us in welcoming the Patriarch during this historic visit. Your presence and support would mean a lot to our community and to the Patriarch himself. To ensure that everything goes smoothly, please make sure to arrive at Beit Maroun by 5:15 pm sharp.

The 40-Day mass for the late Dib Youssef Gebrael Taouk will be held on Sunday 10 September 2023 at 2pm at St Charbel Church Punchbowl.
 
In Australia, he is the father of Wajih, Adelle, Sharon, and Amanda, the wife of Ivan Esho.
 
He is the brother of Wajih, Gebrael, Samira the widow of the late Michael Hanna Remeihy Taouk and Mariam the window of the late Melhem Eid Gebrael Taouk.
