In Australia, Antonios is the brother of Houda the wife of Fayez El-Hebbal Taouk.
He is the uncle of Bassam, Wassim, Halim, and Rida Basbous Taouk.
He is the uncle of Rosa the wife of Maroun Asaad Taouk.
He is also the brother in law of Tony Fahed Fadel Kayrouz.

In Australia she is the sister in-law of Mariam the widow of the late Kashlah Boulos Taouk. She is the aunty of Paul Kashlah Taouk, Charbel Kashlah Taouk, Randa Taouk Ibrahim, Paula the wife of Tary Taouk, Amal the wife of Maroun Farah, Tania the wife of Mathew Khoury, Nada the wife of Arz Taouk, Dibeh the wife of Dib Taouk, Jamal the wife of Philip Taouk, Mary the wife of Joseph Taouk, Geryes Dib, Gebran Dib, and their families. She is also the cousin of Caroline Eid Taouk the wife of Jason Succar, Randa Eid Taouk the wife of Steeve Eid, Najla Tannous Taouk the wife of Ghattas Succar, Sarah Mikhael Taouk the wife of Najib Taouk, and their familes.

The Taouk Association is delighted to share the joyful news that Elias Habib Antonious Nasr Taouk has officially joined the Lebanese Maronite Order, embracing his monastic vocation.

Brother Elias will wear his monastic gown for the very first time on Sunday, 1 March, 2026, at the 7:00pm Youth Mass at Saint Charbel Maronite Church.

We are certain that our presence would mean a great deal to him and his family as they celebrate this beautiful and sacred milestone. We warmly encourage everyone to attend and show their love and support.

In Australia he is the father of Maroun Chehede Maroun Taouk, He is the uncle of Charbel Maroun Taouk, Dib Hanna Maroun Taouk, Siham Hanna Maroun Taouk and The late Najwa Hanna Maroun Taouk. He is also the Uncle of Charbel, Sami, Elias, Debbie & Sayde Romanous Jabbour Taouk, The uncle of the late Saiid, the late Attar & Jamal Elias Hanna Taouk, and the uncle of Salem and Georgette Mirched Taouk. Chehede is also the grandfather of Rabih and Eliane Hekmat Mansour Tannous Taouk.

Dear family members,

It is with deep sorrow we announce the passing of Martyr Elias Bahjet Rahhal Taouk, aged 39, who died in Lebanon in the line of duty while honorably serving in the Lebanese Internal Security Forces – Judicial Police.
 
Elias fell in the line of duty, a martyr who gave his life for his country, upholding justice and protecting the people of Lebanon. His heroic sacrifice stands as a beacon of honour, courage, and national pride, and will never be forgotten.
 
In Australia, Elias is the beloved nephew of Katar, widow of the late Antonios Boutros Gharita Taouk, and Najla, wife of Salem Nasr Taouk. He is also the dear cousin of Malek Youssef Gibrael Salha Taouk and Melhem Farid Rahhal Taouk.
 
The Bsharri Association in Australia cordially invites the public, community leaders, dignitaries, and all members of the Lebanese diaspora to attend a Memorial Mass in honour of his service and sacrifice.
