Taouk Association Email: family@taoukassociation.com Secretary’s contact details: Jean Taouk: 0405 148 189; or Suhale Taouk: 0414 663 086 We urge all family members to attend this meeting as the decisions made will impact many years to come. We specifically encourage all women married outside of the family to be present as we greatly value their input on all matters scheduled for discussion. Your attendance is highly appreciated as we plan to vote on and adopt the new constitution. Adopting the new constitution falls under special resolutions, which requires at least 150 members to attend in order to constitute a quorum. In addition to the above, we would also like to re-evaluate the mercy meal, funeral arrangements, and our annual picnic logistics. As these are very sensitive subjects, it is important that we have as much feedback and participation from as many members as possible. Finally, in relation to electing the new committee members, we encourage any person who has the knowledge, vision, commitment and time to help, to email their nomination to any of the positions listed below:
Your nominations must be emailed to the following address: family@taoukassociation.com For further assistance you can also contact the association secretaries: Jean Taouk: 0405 148 189 Suhale Taouk: 0414 663 086 We urge you to review the new Constitution which has been attached for your convenience.
